Thank you for these delicious receipes! The kitchen sink cookie is on the list! For GF version I see you mention almond flour could I use this in this receipe and alsoÊ» add in a bit of zanthan gum?
Hey Laura, If you are making these cookies gluten free I would highly recommend using this Nature’s Path Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour or any all purpose flour that already has xanthan gum in it. I have not tested this recipe with only almond flour so I cannot say if it will work out perfectly as almond flour tends to be quite brittle and there are a lot of ingredients to glue together!
