A mocktail that’s ready in 10 minutes is my kinda drink! Summer is here, which means long days, warm nights, and countless events. Whether you’re planning a bachelorette, engagement party, wedding party, birthday party, girls’ night, date night, or just a cozy night in, this fancy mocktail is perfect for any occasion. You can easily make a large batch of this sparkler mocktail if you are serving a larger group! I used fresh and frozen peaches in this recipe, and both work well. I HIGHLY recommend using frozen raspberries for this drink as the flavour is much more prominent.
Most of you know I do not drink alcohol. I gave it up over 12 years ago when I realized I couldn’t stop. I was heading in a very bad direction and needed to get help. If that is you, please know that you are not alone and that there IS help out there. Last year I was introduced to Nozeco and was blown away by the quality. I have been enjoying zero-proof sparkling wines for some time now, but they can be extremely expensive and often not very good. Nozeco is so cost-effective and incredibly delicious that I even served it at my wedding. If you haven’t tried it yet, THIS is your sign!
First, gather all your ingredients and prepare them for mixing. Add ice to a large pitcher, followed by the sliced peach, frozen raspberries, fresh mint, and peach juice. The combination of fresh and frozen fruits helps keep the drink cold and adds layers of flavour. The peach juice serves as a sweet, fruity base that ties all the ingredients together. Ensure you have a large pitcher to accommodate the ingredients and allow room for stirring.
Next, carefully uncork the bottle of Nozeco, and pour it over the fruit and juice mixture in the pitcher. The fizz from the Nozeco will blend with the fruit juices, creating a refreshing and bubbly drink. Use a long spoon to gently stir the mixture, ensuring that all the ingredients are well incorporated and the flavours meld together. When serving, fill each glass halfway with ice to keep the mocktail chilled. Carefully pour the sparkler over the ice, and use a spoon to add a few pieces of peach, mint, and raspberries to each drink. Garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers for an extra touch of elegance and enjoy this delightful mocktail with friends or family.
A mocktail is a non-alcoholic beverage that mimics the complexity and presentation of a traditional cocktail. Mocktails are perfect for those who prefer not to drink alcohol but still want to enjoy a sophisticated and flavorful beverage. They often include fresh fruits, juices, syrups, and sparkling water or non-alcoholic spirits.
Aside from the fact that this drink is alcohol free – making it possible for everyone to enjoy, it’s also quick and easy to make in under 10 minutes. It’s also easy to customize and can be made for large groups and it’s absolutely refreshing! It’s a drink that you’ll want to make over and over again toasting to good times and happy memories!

Made a double batch of this for a party since I wanted something for all the non-drinkers/drivers. In the interest of using what we have locally I used a bottle of an Italian peach nectar, chopped peaches that I previously frozen, and non-alcoholic sparkling apple/raspberry juice (Costco). I had guests top their glasses with sparking water to their tastes.
Don’t do what I did and serve this in those beverage dispensers with a spigot. The raspberries get into the spigot and clog it. I transferred to carafes and it went much smoother!
Hey Jean – love that you gave this mocktail a try to share with others! How exciting I truly hope it was a hit 🙂 Sounds like your modifications were delicious! raspberries definitely have a way of getting into tiny spaces, glad you were able to make it work. Thanks for sharing!
