Pineapple Crush Mocktail

A drink that will not only quench your thirst during this hot season but will help you glow from the inside out. This Pineapple Crush Mocktail is like a mini vacation and the best part? NO HANGOVER!

Ingredients
  

DRINK INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • ½-¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • Non-alcohol Sparkling Wine or sparkling water

RIM INGREDIENTS

  • zest of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp tajin spice

Instructions
 

  • Use a microplane to zest a lime onto a small plate. Sprinkle tajin spice on top and mix to combine.
  • To a high speed blender add lime juice, pineapple, ice, honey and 1/2 cup coconut milk to get started. Blend until smooth. If pineapple seems too thick, add more coconut milk. Add ice to glasses, and carefully add smoothie on top. Top with zero proof sparking wine or sparkling water. Garnish with pineapple and lime!
