This delightful creation is a testament to inclusivity, as it’s completely free from nuts and gluten – and guess what? It’s sweetened naturally with organic maple syrup, making it a guilt-free option for your morning routine!

In crafting this Nut-Free Tahini Granola, I’ve thoughtfully picked a medley of wholesome ingredients that will energize and nourish you from within.

Each bite is a celebration of gluten-free oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a hint of hemp seeds.

These ingredients come together harmoniously, and are complimented by a delightful blend of spices, including cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. The result? A warm and comforting aroma that will entice your senses with every spoonful.

This nut free granola is more than a breakfast option; it’s a midday snack, a handful of crunchiness when you’re in a rush and anything in between. Whether you follow a gluten-free or nut-free lifestyle, this granola is here to nourish and delight you.

The Patient Art of Cooling

I cannot stress this enough; Keep your curious paws off the granola until it has COMPLETELY Cooled!!! This is the secret to achieving irresistibly clumpy granola that we all love and desire. Patience is key, my friends. By allowing the granola to cool thoroughly, you ensure that it delivers on its promise of crunchiness. Trust me, the extra wait will be worth it.

I love this recipe because it’s DELICIOUS, but also because I can safely send it with my daughter in her school lunches! I also brought a batch in once when I helped with school hot lunches and used it to make a quick, kid-friendly, nut-free apple crumble with apple sauce! The kids loved it! Great recipe!

    1. Hey Mac! This is definitely school proof and I am so glad that your daughter brings granola to school – thats a cool kid!! Thank you for your review and rating 🙂 Keep making all the flavours!
