Peach Raspberry Sparkler

The Peach Raspberry Sparkler is a refreshing and elegant mocktail perfect for any summer occasion. Made with fresh peaches, frozen raspberries, and sparkling water, this non alcoholic beverage is sure to impress anyone you share it with! Not only is it quick to prepare, but it's also easy to batch for larger groups, and deliciously bubbly. Enjoy this mocktail at bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, or a quiet night in.

Equipment

  • large pitcher
  • long stirring spoon
  • fancy glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 peach sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 cup peach juice or nectar
  • handful fresh mint
  • 1 bottle Nozeco
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add ice, fruit, mint and peach juice into a large pitcher.
  • Carefully uncork Nozeco and pour over.
  • Use a long spoon to gently stir so all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Fill glasses 1/2 way with ice and carefully pour sparkler over. Use a spoon to add a couple peaches, mint and raspberries into each drink.
  • Garnish with mint and flowers if you have on hand.

Notes

I made this up to an hour in advance before having guests and the bubble was still very alive in the sparkler!
