Buddha bowls, vegan bowls, goddess bowls…Whatever you want to call them, they are awesome. I end up creating at least two bowls a week because I find them satisfying, delicious and oh so easy to prepare. They are an excellent way of getting rid of leftovers, or bits and bobs of veggies in your crisper. If you want to get really ambitious you can create a sauce for your bowl and that my friends takes it to the next level.
I have never blogged about bowls before because I didn’t feel like it warranted a recipe but thinking on it a bit more I realized that each bowl is different and if you love a bowl, why not share how you did it!
