Quite possibly the easiest and most delicious overnight oats you will ever make! Dairy free, gluten free and 100% delicious.

As far as breakfasts go these overnight oat jars pretty much win in my household. Flavour combos and additions are endless so there’s no getting bored. This here beauty was my most recent combo and felt compelled to share the recipe cause it was just. that. good☺️

Vegan Strawberry Cream Bircher Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats gluten free
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried coconut
  • 1 tbsp dried blueberries
  • 2 tbsp raw walnuts roughly chopped
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 strawberries organic, sliced
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 cup cashew milk (link to my recipe in notes)
  • ¼ cup yogurt

Instructions

  • In a large glass measuring cup combine all ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour oat mixture into your jar or bowl, cover and place in the fridge to set over night.
  • When you are ready to eat, garnish with extra fruit and a sprinkle of granola if you have on hand
