½ cup oats gluten free 2 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp dried coconut 1 tbsp dried blueberries 2 tbsp raw walnuts roughly chopped pinch of sea salt 2 strawberries organic, sliced ½ tsp pure vanilla 1 cup cashew milk (link to my recipe in notes) ¼ cup yogurt
In a large glass measuring cup combine all ingredients and stir until fully combined.
Pour oat mixture into your jar or bowl, cover and place in the fridge to set over night.
When you are ready to eat, garnish with extra fruit and a sprinkle of granola if you have on hand
