While you could go the easy route and use store-bought cookie butter, I strongly recommend making your own with my special Cookie Butter recipe for a healthier and more satisfying experience. With no weird ingredients or chemicals, this homemade granola not only tastes better but is better for you.
The secret to that beloved Biscoff flavor lies in the combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and, most importantly, the homemade cookie butter. This blend of spices creates a warm, comforting taste profile that, when combined with the richness of the cookie butter, makes each bite of granola a delightful experience.

Hey Gayle, yes you can however it would really defeat much of this recipes purpose as it is a cookie butter granola! I have many other granola recipes that perhaps will fit your desires better. However give it a try if you’d like!

Hey Cy, you could always omit the coconut and put any other ingredient in its place or nothing at all. You could also increase the amount of nuts or seeds in it’s place if you wanted to.
