Start by browning butter in a small pot. Allow the butter to cool slightly. you mix puffed rice and hemp seeds.
To a large glass measuring cup mix tahini, browned butter, maple syrup, protein powder and salt. Mix until smooth. Pour over puffed rice and hemp seeds. Mix thoroughly! Scrape into 8x8 pan and press down FIRMLY. Place in the freezer for a minimum 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and drizzle with more tahini, sprinkle with more hemp, sesame seeds and flaky salt. Cut into bars and enjoy. Store in the freezer.
