Superfood Granola Balls

These Superfood Granola Balls are so quick and easy to make and packed with energizing ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • cup maple syrup
  • cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • cup cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • cup pumpkin seeds
  • cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Stir to mix. Use your hands!! Roll into balls.
  • Balls should be sticky. Roll into the topping of choice (hemp, cacao, chia...)
  • Store your Superfood Energy Balls in the freezer!

Notes

These balls last up to 3 months stored in the freezer.  They make a great gift too!
