Equipment

  • high speed blender
  • mason jar or glass milk jug

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 1 cup strawberries could use frozen
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse cashews and add to a high speed blender
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and creamy.
  • Carefully transfer to a glass container fitted with a lid.
