Spread evenly onto 2 baking sheets. Pressing granola firmly with the back of a spatula.
Bake for 30-35 minutes turning the baking sheets at the half-way baking mark. Granola should be golden brown.
LEAVE TO COOL COMPLETELY! This will ensure the granola is nice and clumpy. Transfer to jars.
