Feta Cottage Cheese Whip

This delicious dip/spread can be used in so many different ways. I adore using it as a base for my egg toast, in a wrap or as a dip for veggies. It's extremely versatile so I will let your imagination run wild with all the ways you might want to enjoy it. Don't forget to tag me if you do!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup feta
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic grated or finely minced
  • ½ lemon or lime juiced both are awesome
  • pinch of salt
  • cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Place everything into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
