  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 inch ginger fresh
  • ¼ cucumber (peel if not organic)
  • fistful baby spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • handful blueberries frozen
  • ½ banana frozen
  • ¼ tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add water to a high powered blender (I use Blendtec) followed by the rest of the ingredients, adding frozen ingredients last.
