PANCAKE INGREDIENTS 1 cup gluten free flour ½ cup buckwheat 1 tbsp baking powder 2 tsp chai spice 1 tbsp coconut sugar ⅛ tsp sea salt 1½ cup cashew milk 2 tbsp avocado oil ½ cup water 1 tsp vanilla SPICED APPLE INGREDIENTS 1 macintosh apple 1 tsp coconut oil ½ tsp chai spice SPICE CANDIED NUTS INGREDIENTS 1 cup pecans 1 cup walnuts ½ cup pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp coconut oil 3 tbsp maple syrup ½ tsp salt ⅛ tsp cayenne ⅛ tsp black pepper (or 4 turns of grinder)
PANCAKE INSTRUCTIONS Mix milk and vanilla and oil together.
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Add wet to dry and add in up to 1/2 cup water until desired consistency.
Make apple spice for topping (See below for recipe).
SPICED APPLES INSTRUCTIONS SPICE CANDIED NUTS Preheat the oven to 325 (convection if you have).
Melt oil and syrup together, pour over nuts and seeds.
Add spices and mix thoroughly.
Bake for 15 minutes, lightly turn and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
