1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seeds x 3 tbsp water) 1 banana mashed 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon heaping ½ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp coconut oil melted ½ cup walnuts chopped 2 cups oats gluten free ¼ cup maple syrup 1¾ cup cashew milk 1 banana sliced
Preheat the oven to 375.
Grease a 8x8 or desired baking dish.
In a large measuring cup prepare flax egg and set aside.
Mash banana into flax and add baking powder, spices, salt, vanilla and coconut oil and stir together.
Add in walnuts, oats, maple syrup and cashew milk.
Pour oat mixture into the pan and place sliced bananas on top.
Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
