Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seeds x 3 tbsp water)
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon heaping
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 cups oats gluten free
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • cup cashew milk
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375.
  • Grease a 8x8 or desired baking dish.
  • In a large measuring cup prepare flax egg and set aside.
  • Mash banana into flax and add baking powder, spices, salt, vanilla and coconut oil and stir together.
  • Add in walnuts, oats, maple syrup and cashew milk.
  • Pour oat mixture into the pan and place sliced bananas on top.
  • Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
