Ingredients

flax egg
(1 tbsp flax seeds x 3 tbsp water)

mashed banana

tsp
baking powder

tsp
cinnamon
heaping

nutmeg

melted coconut oil

cup
chopped walnuts

gluten free oats

maple syrup

cashew milk

banana sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375.
Grease a 8x8 or desired baking dish.
In a large measuring cup prepare flax egg and set aside.
Mash banana into flax and add baking powder, spices, salt, vanilla and coconut oil and stir together.
Add in walnuts, oats, maple syrup and cashew milk.
Pour oat mixture into the pan and place sliced bananas on top.
Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
