Adzuki Bean Hummus

As a hummus and garlic lover it was imperative that this Adzuki Bean Hummus be extra garlicy!

Ingredients

cup
cooked beans
(I made mine from scratch)

tbsp
tahini paste
1
lemon juiced
2
small garlic cloves
½
tsp
cumin
½
tsp
ground ginger
1
tsp
vegan sriracha
2
tbsp
olive oil
(more to garnish)
water to thin
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend, scraping down sides as needed.
Start adding in water a tbsp at a time until you reach desired consistency.
Check for seasoning and VOILA. Serve with crudite, crackers or spread on toast!
