Walnut & Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates (with Spicy Honey!)

These Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Spicy Honey are the ultimate easy appetizer that can be made in minutes! With creamy goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, and a drizzle of spicy honey, these dates are sure to be a hit at any gathering. Equipment

  • oven, air fryer or toaster oven
  • paring knife

Ingredients

  • 12 medjool dates pit removed
  • ¼ cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup pistachios roughly chopped
  • 113 grams soft goat cheese
  • spicy honey*
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Remove goat cheese from the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a pairing knife to slice down the middle of the date. Carefully remove pit and place on the baking sheet.
  • To a small bowl and walnuts and goat cheese. Mix to combine.
  • Add 1-2 tsp (depending on the size of your dates) of goat cheese mixture to each date.
  • Sprinkle pistachios on top of each date and drizzle with spicy honey.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Place on serving tray and sprinkle with flaky salt.

Notes

* Use regular honey if hot is not your vibe!
