My Nature's Path Love Crunch Holiday Bark combines only two ingredients – flavourful Love Crunch granola and rich chocolate. It's an easy, festive dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat, ideal for adding a colourful touch to your holiday dessert table.

Ingredients

  • cups Love Crunch Dark Chocolate & Red Berries Granola
  • 1 bar white chocolate
  • 1 bar dark chocolate
  • 1 bar matcha chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Lay a piece of parchment paper onto a cookie sheet.
  • Place chocolate bars on parchment. Make sure they are touching each other.
  • Place chocolate in the oven for 15-20 minutes the chocolate should look melty and soft. Use a skewer to create a swirly design bringing all 3 flavours of chocolate together.
  • Crumble granola on top in an even layer.
  • Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until fully frozen. Break apart with your hands or a sharp knife.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

If you can't find matcha chocolate, use milk, dark and white! The effect will be equally as pretty!
