Homemade Passionfruit Mango Gummies

Homemade gummies with gelatin are a lot easier to make than you might think! These Passionfruit Mango Gummies are tart, fruity, and made with real ingredients like passionfruit juice, fresh mango, lemon, turmeric honey, and grass-fed gelatin. They're a fun and healthy snack that is also super easy to customize with different fruits and juices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1 small mango cut into cubes
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 4 tbsp grass-fed organic gelatin
  • 1 tbsp turmeric honey

Instructions

  • Place juice and fresh mango into a blender and blend to combine.
  • Add to a small pot, add lemon juice and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Remove from the heat and sprinkle gelatine on top. Use a silicone whisk to combine.
  • Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a glass measuring cup.
  • You can use the mini dropper that comes with the moulds, or pour straight from the measuring cup.
  • Place moulds on a flat surface like a cutting board and transfer to the fridge to cool for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Pop them out of the moulds and transfer to a tupperware or glass container with a lid.
  • Store in the fridge.

Notes

  • Any fruit juice will work.
  • Any fruit will work!
  • Any moulds will work. You could also use an 8x8 pan and cut them into squares.
