Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla and sea salt to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Add granola and stir in.
  • Pour mixture into a standard loaf pan.
  • Place in the freezer until fully set. Approximately 3-4 hours. Let it sit at room temperature for several minutes to soften slightly before scooping.
