This easy almond butter recipe creates a smooth, creamy spread that’s perfect for toast, oatmeal, baking, or spoonfuls straight from the jar. Once you make it yourself, you’ll never go back to store-bought.
Bake almonds for 15-20 minutes until they start to brown and become fragrant.
Carefully add nuts to a food processor.
Turn on the processor and blend for 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides and then continue blending. This process should take 7-10 minutes, depending on the strength of your food processor.
Add salt and process until the nut butter is very smooth and creamy.
