Fall is here and your breakfast deserves a seasonal upgrade! These Air-Fried Pear Oats are the perfect blend of comfort, spice, and all things nice as the leaves turn golden.
Cut pear in half and scoop out core using a melon baller or a teaspoon. Use a pastry brush to coat pear in olive oil. If you have a mini sift use that to dust the pear in cinnamon. If not use your fingers. Sprinkle with salt. Place in the air-fryer cut side up for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender.
Add all the ingredients for the oats into a small pot and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low to cook for 3-4 minutes. If the oast become to thick, add a splash of milk or water. As soon as they reach desired consistency serve into bowls.
Top oats with granola, tahini, air-fried pear and a drizzle of maple syrup.
