  • stove

Ingredients

Oats Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Air-Fried Pear Ingredients

  • 1 pear halved
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat air-fryer at 390 for 3 minutes.
  • Cut pear in half and scoop out core using a melon baller or a teaspoon. Use a pastry brush to coat pear in olive oil. If you have a mini sift use that to dust the pear in cinnamon. If not use your fingers. Sprinkle with salt. Place in the air-fryer cut side up for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Add all the ingredients for the oats into a small pot and stir to combine.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to low to cook for 3-4 minutes. If the oast become to thick, add a splash of milk or water. As soon as they reach desired consistency serve into bowls.
  • Top oats with granola, tahini, air-fried pear and a drizzle of maple syrup.
