Air Fried Peaches

A super simple recipe because we all deserve a break! Bust out your air fryer and get ready to be WOWED because this easy dessert will have you hooked. I don't often say something is mandatory in a recipe BUT the sea salt in this recipe IS. Just a pinch at the end. It truly transforms the dessert from good to UNREAL.

Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 peach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • vanilla ice cream
  • ΒΌ cup granola
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat air fryer to 350 for 3 minutes.
  • Slice peach in half, remove pit.
  • Brush inside and outside of peach and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 9 minutes, turn over and cook for another 9.
  • Once fruit is done, place in a bowl. Top with ice cream, granola, maple syrup and sea salt.

Notes

If you don't have an airfryer, you could grill or panfry your peaches!
