water

piece of fresh ginger

cucumber
(peel if not organic)
giant fistful baby spinach

avocado
handful frozen blueberries

frozen banana

maca

hemp seeds
ice
Instructions
Add water to a high powered blender (I use Blendtec) followed by the rest of the ingredients, adding frozen ingredients last.
