Classic Green Smoothie

A Classic Green Smoothie that can easily be the base of your hearts wildest dreams!

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • ¼ cucumber (peel if not organic)
  • giant fistful baby spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • handful frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add water to a high powered blender (I use Blendtec) followed by the rest of the ingredients, adding frozen ingredients last.
