7tbspmaple syrup(organic and local)
1tspvanilla
2tbspcoconut oil
pinch of salt(plus more for topping)
4cupspuffed rice
¼cuphemp seeds(plus more for topping)
Instructions
Place parchment in an 8/8 pan. In a microwaveable bowl (or stove top) place peanut butter, syrup and oil. Microwave until mixture is melted (30 seconds is all it takes), add in vanilla & salt and stir.
In a large bowl place crispy rice. Pour peanut butter mixture over puffed rice and stir. Add in hemp seeds and mix thoroughly. Press firmly into the pan. Place in the freezer to set for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and drizzle 1 tbsp of peanut butter on top.
Sprinkle extra hemp and sea salt before cutting into bars.
