SECOND LAYER - STRAWBERRY INGREDIENTS

Pour the first 1/2 can of coconut cream into a high speed blender. Blend on high to thoroughly mix the cream. Pour half into a separate bowl for the second layer and set aside.
Add remaining first layer ingredients into the blender and blend on high until mixed thoroughly. Pour and divide into silicone moulds and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, add all second layer Ingredients into the blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
After 20 minutes have passed, pour a strawberry layer on top of the banana citrus layer. Place back in the freezer for 15 more minutes and then insert popsicle sticks into the centre of the pop. The 2 layers will naturally swirl once the popsicle stick has been inserted.
