DONUT INGREDIENTS
- 2 large bananas (mashed)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ cup oat milk
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 80 gr chopped chocolate melted
- ¼ cup runny peanut butter
Grease a donut pan and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix everything well and put it into a piping bag. Fill the donut mould up to the edge of the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes. Allow for the donuts to cool in the pan for 2-3 minutes and then turn them out onto a cooling rack. Be forceful! Allow them to cool completely before glazing.
Melt chocolate in the microwave or stovetop and then add peanut butter. Stir to combine. Dip donuts and top with flaky sea salt and cacao nibs if desired.
