This granola is dangerously addictive! Wow! I’ve made a few different granola recipes these past few months, but this one is the most impressive I’ve made for sure. For my next batch, I would like to make it a touch sweeter (I found this one to be a touch more savoury). Would you recommend tweaking the ratio of maple syrup to tahini? Or maybe using a light extra virgin olive oil (i just used a regular EVOO)? Appreciate your feedback! Thank you!

I would add pysllium husk to make them hold together. Add 2 tbsp and press them down with your spatula. Should work like a charm!

I use pampered chef bake trays. One ois bigger than the other. 2 cookie sheets will work great.

Hey Yasmeen, I have never made any of my granolas with date syrup, however if it has a similiar consistency to maple then you should be fine to use it. I like to stick with maple for my recipes! Let me know how it goes if you give it a try!
