Hi Amy, I would suggest replacing the bananas with 1/2 cup coconut sugar or regular sugar. If you have a regular sourdough starter then use that! Thanks!

I do have to be careful with applesauces as well…I surprisingly don’t have any gluten issues would using a reg flour work to help with moisture?
