This is my ride or die granola recipe. I gift it, I snack on it, and love it. It was requested as a support snack for childbirth – it’s that good. I’ve made substitutions and also followed the recipe to a T and it comes out delicious every single time. I always make my own pecan butter for cost savings! Cannot recommend enough.

This is the best granola.’ I always make sure that I have Pecan butter and all the other ingredients at my house because once we finish one batch I am making another. So delicious! Great gift as well.

I used almond butter instead of pecan butter, dates in place of raisins and all pecans and it was amazing!!! And I only did this because I was lazy and didn’t want to go to the store. DELICIOUS!!!

Hi, love to try many of your granola recipes but maple syrup is very difficult to find in my country. Would honey made the taste far off? Thankyou

Thank you for this recipe! I had to make some substitutions but it came out delicious!! I did not have enough pecans to make pecan butter but did have raw peanuts and made peanut butter, not enough maple syrup so used honey and sadly not enough olive oil so used melted coconut oil! It came out beautifully! I will get the other ingredients and make with those, but this came out very tasty also! I love how versatile this granola can be!

Oh wow. This is the most delicious, moreish granola I have ever tasted and I cannot believe I made it! Thank you for this outstanding recipe, looking forward to retuning your others. I made it to give some friends as a gift and it was very well received. Have to make some more for myself now!
