Made this yesterday. I made a few minor adjustments like omitting the cinnamon because my husband hates it and mixing pistachios and cashews as I didn’t have enough pistachios. It still turned out great.

Made the maple Evan and it was the best. I did add some tahini but it was perfection . Used half butter and half tahini and inch caramon

This Dubai granola is out of this world!
I used cherry flavored craisins cause I didn’t find dehydrated cherries in my town, and that tangy yet simple change provided a deep sweet flavor amongst the cacao powder and cacao nibs.
Everyone loved it at home! I’ll save and buy ceramic trays if possible, I did notice not equal “baking” in my Wilton pan.
I’ll love to upload a picture here but I can’t find the way to do it.
Just believe me folks, try this recipe, is amazing!
