Hey Sharon, rotate the pan in the oven – take the pan out and turn the side that was closest to the door towards the back. I hope this helps for your future batch

This is so easy and so so satisfying! I was a little impatient while making the cookie butter so it wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped but still delicious! My family is pretty picky with granola and nut choices, but they devoured this right up. Thanks for the recipe!

Hi Stephanie, you can use coconut oil but it is a thinner oil so you may not achieve the same clumps as you would with olive
