This is an amazing cake! I absolutely love the flavor of the coconut sugar topping as well as the flavor and texture of the cake itself. I ended up using regular flour in place of the gluten free flour since that’s what I had on hand. I feel good knowing it’s a healthy alternative to regular cake.
